    I have the same question as this post.  https://www.jotform.com/answers/1067245-How-can-my-user-edit-the-submitted-form

    But I do not know my form and submission ID numbers.  I believe the form number is what comes up when I want to share the form.  but what is my submission ID?

    Also, where would I past the this to make it an editable form for the user.

    I added through the "Emails Auto Responder" in "Form Fields" "edit-link".  On the email that I received, I clicked on Edit SubmissionDownload Submission PDF and all I receive is the PDF of the form I filled out.

    I would like my users to be able to make corrections if they need to.

    Can you help?

    Yes, that is correct, Form ID is the number on the Form URL/Direct link.

    Submission-ID, on the other hand, can be produced with reserved word tag: {id}

    You can include an edit link to the email content of the email autoresponder of your form that your respondents will receive after they have submitted your form.

    The {edit_link} in the image above will generate the link shown in the image below in the autoresponder email.

    If you, however, want to customize the displayed text of the link, I suggest you use this link:

    https://www.jotform.com/edit/{id}

    and insert it as a link in the email content as shown in the image below.

    I added through the "Emails Auto Responder" in "Form Fields" "edit-link".  On the email that I received, I clicked on Edit SubmissionDownload Submission PDF and all I receive is the PDF of the form I filled out.

    The link you mentioned is actually two links

    1. Edit Submission

    2. Download Submission PDF

    It's possible that you are clicking the Download Submission PDF part that is why you are given an option to download the PDF copy of the submission.

    I hope this helps. Let us know if you ned any further assistance.

    Thank you.
