    Hi

I added a payment method on the form but it won't show

Why is that and how can it be fixed ASAP?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

I went ahead and fixed it, I simply open the form, open the payment wizard and just click the "Continue" or "Save" button. The payment method is now displaying as expected. I presume it was a cache issue.

Let us know if you are still having problems.

    Hi
I still don't succeed to creat a monthly payment method.
Could you help me with that please?
For every form I have on my account.
Also - how do I guarantee that the client takes 1 year subscription and pay every month for 12 months?
    Thanks for the help!

I would suggest that on your form's payment field, set up the subscription to look like the one in the image below:

The payment method does not show on the form, why is that? Image 1 Screenshot 20

Setting the subscription like the one in the image above will charge your respondents $79.00 monthly for 12 months.

I hope this helps. Please feel free to contact us again anytime if you have other questions or concerns.

    Thank you.

    Hey there (:
    Thanks for that.
I did what you said, so now when a client will do that - will he be charged automatically every month? Is it from his PayPal?
    And also -
I want to make sure he subscribes for the year, how can I know he is not going to stop paying after 2 months?
    Thanks again!

will he be charged automatically every month?

Yes. For 12x months since it is set as monthly payment.

    Is it from his PayPal?

    Yes

I want to make sure he subscribes for the year, how can I know he is not going to stop paying after 2 months?

Since is was a recurring subscription type of payment, the user can still cancel the payment anytime within subscription period.

But cancelling the payment between the period will not cancel the contract.  You can read more about Paypal recurring payment here.

You will be able to see in your Paypal account if the user have cancelled a payment.

Hope this help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Ok, thanks.
could you please check the link and tell me if I did it ok? In a way it will collect automatically the money from the client every month?
If it's ok I will implement on the rest of the forms.
    Thanks again!

I have created a clone version of both forms and made test submissions using PayPal's sandbox mode.

It seems that the forms are set up properly since when I got redirected to PayPal to process payments, I see the following:

The payment method does not show on the form, why is that? Image 1 Screenshot 30

I hope this helps. If you have any further question, please feel free to contact us again anytime.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

Based from PayPal, you can only accept recurring or subscription payments if your account type is Premier or Business, you can check it here: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/personal_vs_business-outside

    I have quoted it below:

Special Features: Premier and Business Accounts Only

    Accept unlimited credit card payments.

    Subscriptions and Recurring Payments

Implement subscription payments for your content or services.

If your PayPal account is a starter or personal, then we cannot do much anything about that. Personal accounts were designed for receiving and sending personal money or payments. You need to change your account type to Premier or Business, you can contact PayPal support for assistance.

    I hope that helps.

The "Powered by Jotform" (Jotform Branding) is added to the forms by default. However, it can be enabled/disabled through the accounts page under Settings section (https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings) when the account is on a paid subscription.
