My account is being suspended for each change

I just want to edit the job application form and embed it in my web site, but my account is being permanently suspended. I can not understand what the problem is, please help me.

It might be due to the label you used for the Captcha field on your form which contains the words "security" and "code" (Güvenlik Kodunu). Please note that we have an anti-phishing system that scans each form in every account 24/7. Forms suspected of any phishing activity as described in our Terms of Use are automatically suspended.

I have reactivated your account, but I would suggest you change the said words on the label to prevent this from happening again in the future.
