    Hello,

Have you checked your spam folder or junk mail folder and see if the email alert landed there? Based on your email notification settings, there's a big chance of your submissions to land there since you're using the email address of the form user as the sender.  Is it possible by any chance to use noreply@jotform.com instead?

I also tested the said form and I was able to receive both notifications.

    Hi;

As per my colleague above, can you kindly change your notification's Sender Name and Email to JotForm and noreply@jotform.com, respectively:

You can also add JotMails ip addresses to your mail providers whitelists.

    JotMails IP Addresses

If this still doesn't work, please do let us know.

In addition, I also have made a test submission on your form, including my email on the list together with the other 8 recipients.  I was still able to receive my test submission.

    It's this form: http://www.jotform.com/12910232302

They should have received an email with the subject line SELECT ONE, and coming from the email address lumina777@***.com.

Thank you for clarifying this, and I apologize for misunderstanding.

As of checking, I noticed that you have a long list of recipients on your email alert.  Please separate each by a maximum of 10 email address recipients per email notification.

Please let us know if you still don't receive the alerts after this change.

    Thanks.

So you can only have 10 email addresses per jot form and that is causing this issue?

I am sorry to inform you, but I do not have enough information about the recipients limit. I can forward your inquiry to our Technicians in order to get more details on this, but please clarify what forms are affected.

Is this MESSAGE TO ALL TEAMS MEMBERS (DOWNTOWN) and URGENT HEALTH CODE DRILL FORM forms only?

    Thank you for cooperation.

In addition to my colleagues, I did create a test form Form with more than 10 email recipients.

And I was able to checked and still recieve the email.

So, at least for now we can still assume that more than 10 email recipients in notification is still viable.

But what probably we need to establish first is if this form is recieving email even when it only have 1 recipient. Can you please establish or confirm this first?

    Please update us. Thanks.

Sorry about this.  Email notifications will cease to function properly when your recipient list goes beyond 30 email addresses. You have 32 email addresses on your list.

I recommend that please remove the two and put them into a new email alert notification.

    Thanks.
