To Whom It May Concern:
The e-mail associated with my account was placed on a "bounce list"; however, I have confirmed that the address is still valid (I communicate with this individual at that address on an almost daily basis...including today). Please let me know what I need to do to have her address removed from your list so that the error/notification ceases.

I checked our email logs for the address in your form and the notifications have indeed been failing. It looks like your address was rejecting the emails as spam. When enough were rejected, it resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails.
