How can I upgrade back to the plan I had before?

I have used your services for many years, sometimes having great need and sometimes having just small needs. I am wondering if you have the old pricing that I used to have which I believe was $9.99 per month? Free is just a little less service than I need, but $240 a year is just a little over my budget for now.
