why do you keep putting my email on the bounce list.

    I am missing vital work information every time you add my address to the bounce list.  I don't know I am missing work until an agent or customer calls and complains that I have not contacted them.  Please stop doing this.

    ATT.net addresses tend to block emails much more frequently than services such as Gmail.  When emails are blocked or filtered as spam, it causes our spam score to go up and can result in all emails from our services being blocked.  For this reason, we need to prevent emails from being sent when addresses block emails.

    To prevent this, you can send your notifications from your own address via SMTP:

    Or change your recipient address to an address on another service such as Gmail that does not filter emails quite so strictly:
