How often can I edit submitted forms in the free version (for example if I only have to adjust a number)?

You can edit it as many times as you want as long as you don't exceed your monthly submissions limit. Take note that edit submissions are also counted in your submissions limit. For free users, the monthly submissions limit is 100.
