makyagci1 account autosuspended help me pls !!!

I checked your form and you got suspended by our anti-phishing filter because of the word "code" on both forms. I have removed the word "code" from your forms. I have replace it with the default text of Captcha field and I have activated your account so you can use it or manage it properly.
