Como fazer o campo ficar com formato de moeda (R$)

Em meu fomulário 61515406385657, tenho tabelas que têm um campo onde devem ser preenchidos valores de moeda mas não consegui formatá-los.

Por outro lado, tem um campo "Total das despesas" que traz como resultado o valor já com duas decimais mas outros campos "Valor do adiantamento" e "Valor a reembolsar", embora formatados como moeda não trazem a vírgula nem as decimais.

Como resolver isso?
