How can I use smileys in my form as a sort of rating scale?

Boa tarde!

Gostaria de saber se consigo formular uma pergunta de escolha unica mas colocando smiles, tipo um smile alegre para uma resposta boa, um smile triste que equivale uma resposta ruim.

Ruim = smile triste

regular = smile mais ou menos feliz

ótimo = smile super feliz

If I'm not mistaken, what you're aiming to do is use smileys as a way to rate/gauge something on your form.

Bad = sad face

Normal = normal face

Good = happy face

I think our Image Radio Buttons widget should fit your needs. This will allow you to use separate images per radio button.
