    Hello,

I am trying to create a form that will allow a person to visit our site and recommend the services of the site to their friend that will allow the visitor to enter their friend's email with a message directing them to the site.

I was trying to play around with your "Tell A Friend" template and it does not allow me to enter pre-typed message into the Message box so that the person making the recommendation doesn't have to insert the website address and message themselves. Is there anyway to make this happen so that a message with the website address is already inserted in the message box?

You can enter default text into the message field.  While editing your form, click on the field, then click on the little gear icon to open the options menu:

From there, click on the "Advanced" tab and enter your text into the "Default Value" field.
