I have been hearing from my client today that their sponsors/exhibitors aren't able to complete the form and submit payment. I would love to get this fixed ASAP

I have checked your form and noticed it works fine, when I click the submit button I get properly the message that indicates the entered credit card info is not correct, since I'm using a testing credit card.
I have also cloned the form and it was successfully submitted, could you please provide us more details about how to replicate the issue?
Is your form embedded in any website? If so, please share us the link so we can also check the embedded version.
