How can I get Submission Data in text format with Google Docs?

I see that the form details are emailed (or stored on Google Drive or Dropbox) as PDFs. Is it possible to have them as text of Google Doc (gdoc) files instead?

We only have an integration with Google Spreadsheet. This basically creates a new sheet that will contain all your Submission Data (and will continue to add new rows for each new submission).

Other than that, we don't have any integration with other Google Docs. The only other alternative you have is to export your Submission Data as CSV then manually paste it to any external platform you want as a text.
