I'm able to load both of your forms. I'm seeing you're from Turkey and we have issues with some ISPs from that region.
To fix this, remove the EU part on the domain name of your forms. So view it from these links instead:
If your internet service provider is Turk Telekom, you should be able to view your form but you may need to wait for other internet service providers (such as Super Online, etc.).
It would also help if you could share your public IP address, DNS details, and your ISP so we can forward it to our Developers.
