Client needs to download data. Handing over logon details the only way?

    Hi,

I would like to keep control of the jotform environment with respect to clients. However, if the client requires a daily download of data to append to their own system, then is it true that the only way is to hand over logon details for the account.

If this is the case does the licensing model offer a better method. I'd like to offer support and deal with jotform support directly

I would be grateful for any advice on this matter.

    Regards Mark

You will be able to create data feeds just like on the old version. We will make this available within couple of weeks.

    Hi Aytekin,

I'm new to Jotforms so have never utilised the data feeds from the old version.

I am thinking of getting the Professional version because of its great value.

However, I am still concerned about the workflow with respect to clients downloading their data without me having to handover details as advised above.

I'm sure you understand the argument for keeping the environment at a distance from one's clients

Can you advise me on how you would do this and if the data feedissue is now resolved?

    Many thanks

    Regards Mark
