This is not working for me. I keep getting the emails to my account address.

We would like to check your form with which you are having this issue with but I am unable to find any details with your email address ohs@ab-ccsa.ca.
What is your Jotform account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form id / form URL or web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
