    This is not working for me. I keep getting the emails to my account address.

    We would like to check your form with which you are having this issue with but I am unable to find any details with your email address

    What is your Jotform account username or the email address you have used in your account profile? Alternatively you can also let us know any of your form id / form URL or web page URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.
