My account is autosusspended

    Your account/username vanessaroberts08  and form was suspended due to violation of the JotForm Terms of Use.

    You cannot use the form to collect sensitive data like CC account data. This is called phishing and is considered an illegal activity.

    You should delete the form and then we can request for consideration to reactivate your account after your compliance.

    I didn't realize this. I was looking for a secure way for customers to end me their personal information other than through text message. I will delete my account.

    I have removed the offending fields from your form and re-activated your account.

    You do not have to delete anything now, I would just advise you to make sure all your forms are always in compliance with our terms of use, so that your account doesn't get suspended in the future.
