It's not working on the page because the form is placed as an iframe/oEmbed. Please note that this isn't a Jotform restriction, but the browser itself. You can find the explanation here: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/16929334/links-inside-iframe-not-in-popup-doesnt-work.

A workaround would be to embed the form using our default embed script.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/34-Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

This method should fix the problem. However, you are using WordPress, and you might experience a conflict in the page. If something's not working right, let us know here so we can check.

    Hi Welvin,

I have tried to do the iframe and embedding, but it still not working. Could you help to check what's wrong with it?

    Very much appreciate. Thank you.

    Hello divergathering,

What my colleague suggested is to use default embed script code and not iFrame embed code. Please check the screenshot below how to get your form's default embed code:

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hi Ashwin,

Yes I did copy those codes already and other codes also, and they are also not working, once I put those codes in my blog, it only creates a link instead of a form: https://form.jotform.me/jsform/70483416665461

The only working codes embedded is only from a wordpress third party platform, yet the image not link correctly with it.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks for your help.

I reviewed your website but I could not find the publish form.

Can you please guide us where the form is. We will look into it.

I also recommend reviewing our user guide on: https://www.jotform.com/help/299-How-to-embed-a-form-to-Wordpress-com

This should help you understand on how to add the form on your Wordpress.com website.

We will wait for your response.

    Hello Jonathan,

The images are in Payment Section below the form. They are in BANK TRANSFER option (Select Your Payment).

These 3 images supposed to linked to each of their websites. I have tried to input only 1 image but the link still not working.

I tried to use the right click and open in a new tab and they are working. Yet, I want to make it easy for the participants, especially when they use smartphones.Image links are not working in the form Image 1 Screenshot 20

    These are the links:

    1. https://divergathering.wordpress.com/form-diver-gathering/group-registration/

    2. https://divergathering.wordpress.com/form-diver-gathering/single-registration/

Both of forms have the same payment BANK TRANSFER option.

Very much appreciate for your kind help.

    Thank you.

Thank you for providing the detailed information. I was able to see it now on your website page https://divergathering.wordpress.com/form-diver-gathering/group-registration/

As mentioned by our colleague Welvin previously, the issue was due to the reason your form was embedded on the Wordpress page using the iframe embed code.

Image links are not working in the form Image 1 Screenshot 30

The button image link were not opening because they were being restricted by the iframe source.

If you actually test the form using only its URL https://www.jotform.me/form/70493198900461 you can see that it work just fine.

    ---

To fix it on your website page (i.e. https://divergathering.wordpress.com/form-diver-gathering/group-registration/ )

#1 Remove the currently embedded form in the website page.

#2 Get the default script code of the form.

    User guide: Adding-a-Form-to-a-Web-Page

#3 Now add the form back to your Wordpress.com page using its script code.

Save your WP page and test them again.

Let us know if still not resolved.

    Hi Jonathan,

    Thank you for your help.

But, as I informed in a previous response, I have tried all the code source. But none of them are working.Image links are not working in the form Image 1 Screenshot 20

The only code working is from 3rd party platform which I use wordpress.com platform.

Here I create a test jotform page for you to check-out.

    Thank you.

    Hello divergathering,

I did check your form embedded in following webpage and it does display the form correctly:  https://divergathering.wordpress.com/form-diver-gathering/group-registration/

Clicking on the image link does not work but right clicking on the image link does work just fine. This seems to be an issue related to iFrame. I will do further tests and get back to you if I am able to find any workaround.

    Thank you!

    Hello JotForm team,

Seems all my Jotform forms in my website are now not active, so I would like to know is there any updates about my forms? Are they now reformed or still in progress for restoration?

Because I'm going to open the participation form to public in mid of March.

Very much appreciate for your kind feedback.

    Thank you.

After checking your account, I found out that it was automatically suspended due the word(s) "credit card" in your form as part of the label of the payment field. We would like to apologize, we are just strict when it comes to preventing our forms to be used in any phishing activities. But since I don't see anything wrong with it and you're just trying to let your respondents know that they can pay using their credit card through the PayPal page, I have reactivated your account. All the forms in your account are not active.

With regards to the issue you'are having with the images in your form, I will contact my colleague, Ashwin, to see if he already found any workaround for your concern.

    Thank you.
