    I'm getting e-mails saying I've reached API limit of 1000 a day

I'm not sure how this is possible as I only get one or two submissions per day?

Sorry. I don't understand. If I only have one or two forms submitted per day how can I be reaching this?

    Hi again,

No problem. As mentioned for example in the guide above, some widgets issue API calls to fetch information that they need, and that does not depend on submissions, just form views, as whenever someone views such a form, those widgets would issue API calls to get the information they want.

As a result, even if you have only some submissions, if the form is being viewed often and contains for example widgets that need to perform API calls, then the count of these API calls would keep increasing, resulting in the email you received.

I hope this complements the guide a bit or gives it some perspective. Please see our guide and get back to us if you still have any questions. We're here to help.
