Can our custom forms be used offline on a tablet?

We would like to use one of our custom forms on a tablet in a convention booth in order to allow prospective customers to provide us with their contact information OFFLINE. We do not always have wifi available in the booth in order to connect to our website. How would we go about doing this?

The closest thing that I can suggest, in light of the explanation that you kindly provided, is using our fillable PDF forms feature. That would allow you to collect the PDF forms offline and then submit them whenever you get internet access back.
