How can I make two fields side-by-side in Ver. 4?

    I am using Version 4. I want to put two short text entries side-by-side. In Ver.3, there was an Expand or Contract option that would let me do that. In Ver. 4, there is no Expand or Contract option. So, how can I get the two elements to be next to each other?

    UPDATE - form was not wide enough and the full name field was causing troubles.

     

    Hello, I have a follow up to this. This method does not get the submit button onto the same line as well. I have name and email, and need submit to be to the right.
