None of my forms will allow me to preview or open in a new tab. What gives?Page URL:

If you want to collect credit cards from your customers without charging them, please make use of one of our payment fields available in the Form Builder.
In order to activate you account, I needed to delete the guilty fields. Your forms should be accessible again. Please refrain from collecting credit card details in plain text fields to avoid being autosuspended again.
