Pricing and payment invoice questions

    Hi,

    Is it possible downgrade from bronze to starter and then re-upgrade to bronze in the same year?

    I need a more massive form service just in three periods of year when I organize some events, so out of these periods for us is sufficient the starter grade.

    My advise would be that you can opt for Monthly payment for 3 months or for the period you organize any event, and then downgrade to Starter plan when you have low traffic.

    Monthly payments would make it easier to switch between bronze and starter plan as per your need.

    Thanks for your quickly answer,

    I'll make as you suggest, but for each payment I'll need the invoice for my company.

    So how may I send you my fiscal data in order to have the corect invoices for the purposes of EU Community legislation?

    If you are paying the amount using Credit Card or Debit card, the invoices are available to download from the Billing section in your account. If you are willing to pay it through Purchase Order/Check the proforma invoice will be available to download so that you can send it along with the payment.
