I always try to see my forms that message appears. Even though I disable it and then activate it again, I can not leave my forms as visibility. Help me as soon as possible please.

Your account was autosuspended by our phishing detector due to suspicious fields on the form. That is why all your forms have been disabled. Although upon checking your forms, I don't see any fields that have violated jotform's terms.
With that in mind, I have now removed the suspension on your account. Your forms should be active now. Regards.
