I need to receive 8-9k submissions with 35 fileds along with file upload field.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I'm an IT administrator working on one of the project in government department. I need to create some forms and link with my portal. The form must contain at least 35 fields along with picture of the candidate in jpg. I need to know how can I take your service as I the requirement is not less than 8000-9000 submissions.

You can create 35 fields with file upload field and I do not see any challenge in that. I see you already have created few forms in your account. Is there any challenge you are having?

Please explain your requirement a bit more in detail and we will surely help you.

Are you expecting 8-9k submissions in one month? If yes then I would suggest you to upgrade your account to silver subscription plan which will allow you to receive 10000 per month.
