Good day, we've tried logging into our account and are getting a message that our account has been suspended. A client also tried clicking on a link to a form we've provided and received the message "Form not found. Form is disabled." Please can you tell me why we no longer have use of our account or forms.
We need urgent assistance as we use these forms for clients to make enquiries and our business depends on them.

Instead of such, I have now removed those guilty fields on your form and re-activated you account. Please refrain from doing this in the future so that it will not make your account be suspended again.
