    Hi,

I am interested to try the other method with the API since I can't enter quantity from other field into Inventory widget. Are you able to share the know-how with me?

    Hi,

Can you give us more details on what you would like to accomplish? What form or forms you are working on and what is the process flow?

If you are a developer or a programmer, you can learn more about the API on this page: http://api.jotform.com/. Please also note that you will need to have your own server or hosting wherein you will trigger the custom scripts. We can only provide basic support on the default features and functionality that the form builder have, and share other advance resources. Custom and highly complex workarounds can be done using our API but you will need hire a developer for that or create it on your end.

    I hope that helps.

    Hi Charlie,

I am creating a ticketing form that have 2 different ticket types for 50 seatings in total. I would like to show the number of tickets available in total and doesn't go beyond 50.

Since Inventory widget works separately for each ticket type, i asked the user to key in how many tickets they will be purchasing - which i feel seems to be redundant.

Can values be copied from one widget to another?

If no, how can i do a check that both entries - "no of tickets purchasing" & "sum of standard and concession tickets" - is a match before they can submit for payment?

At least this way, i can get to know how many tickets left.

How can I go about doing these or would you have other ways to recommend?
