Why integration with GetResponse is not working?

    Hei - I have an integration between one of my Jotforms and Getreposnse to add submisions into a campaign - I've had about 73 submissions but nothing is being added to GetResponse.  

    I have several other platforms integrated with this GetResponse campaign and it's not a double opt-in issue.  I'm not sure why this would be the case. 

    Can you please advise.

    Do you mean to say that the submissions received are not sent to GetResponse? Unfortunately, my trial account of GetResponse is expired and couldn't test it. Did you try removing the integration and adding it again to the form? Please give it a try by removing the integration and adding again to see if that helps.

    Could you please check if the information from your form is not in Unconfirmed section: 

    If that doesn't help, please try to create new API key and then re-integrate with your form:
