How can I deactivate my form so that people can no longer access it (but don't want to trash it because I need the submitted info).

Hi, my form application deadline has passed, so I need to deactivate it without losing the submitted data. Is that possible?

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You can disable your form which will ensure that no one is able to submit form and all your submissions will still be retained.
