Mobile Responsive widget missing in v4 form builder

    Hello,

The mobile responsive widget appears to be missing from the add elements on my form builder - can someone advise how I can get my forms to be mobile responsive without this?  I can still see is as an advertised Widget in the Plugins information on the Jotform website.

    Thank you in advance!

Hi, thank you for contacting us.

I confirm that the Mobile Responsive widget is not visible from the v4 builder just yet. In the meantime, you may edit the form in v3 mode and proceed with adding it from there, as a temporary workaround.

If you need further assistance please let us know. We will be happy to help. Thank you.

Thanks for your quick response!  However, I have only ever worked in JotForm in v4 and up until last week I had access to the Mobile Responsive Widget - in fact I can see it in some of my earlier forms - all of which are in v4.  Does this mean that it has temporarily been pulled?

I don't want to change to v3 unless I have to, so any update on when mobile friendly versions of v4 forms will now be available would be very much appreciated.

Thank you in advance for all your assistance! :)

    Hi again, you're quite welcome!

Please note that my suggestion was not to permanently switch back to v3, as we wouldn't want you to miss our revolutionized way of creating and editing forms :)

Instead, it was to just do something like what the animation that I just created for you, shows:

This way you could edit in v3 and add the Mobile Responsive widget there.

I hope this helps. Please get back to us if you need further assistance. Thank you.
