    MailChimp: Why submissions are not sending to integrated list?

    Jot form is not sending the form data (subscribers) to mailchimp.

    For my fomr "A1 -Production -HT01- Home Tuition Inquiry" , there are more than 500 subscribers since I took the jotform. However so far in my mailchimp, I can see only 19 subscribers. Why is this?

    I have cloned your form and successfully sent two submissions to MailChimp: 

    What I would suggest you is to make sure you're mapping the same field type from JotForm with the fields from the MailChimp list. 

    You could also try removing the integration and adding it once again to your form, please try mapping only some fields such as email, name or phone number field. This will help us to know if there is some trouble with other field types.

    I tried this several times but it did not work. If the data fields are different, how come 19 submissions went to mailchimp and remaining 492 did not? I have removed integration and reintegrated not once but so many times.

    Kindly resolve this issue ASAP. In addition, i would need all those 492 forms to go to the mailchimp as well.

    Could you please try with a new API key, I  cannot seem to replicate the problem on my end so it's most likely a problem with the current used API key or any other, generating a new API will let us know if your data is forwarded or the problem still persists.
