I cancelled my subscritpion but was still billed.

    Hi, I canceled my jotform monthly subscription, and was drafted today! 

    Please advice on how to get a refund!

    Hello lytoyaparker,

    I have sent a request to our billing team to process the refund for your bronze monthly subscription payment. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

    Please note that your account is now downgraded to free plan.
