JotForm Forum: Show "Your ticket is submitted" message when question is posted on fourm

    Thanks. Once the ticket is raised, please make sure that there is autoresponse system so that we know the ticket has been submitted successfully. Neither there is a message saying "Your ticket is submitted" nor there is an email. 

    I hope jot form follows basic support etiquettes.

    When you post new question on our Forum you can check if your question has posted successfully by clicking on My Questions button. Also make sure that you are login to your account when you post your question. 

    All questions are always successfully submitted. 

    Also when we reply to your question you will receive email to email address you used to post your question. 

    I will also raise your request to our developers. We can not give you exact time when and if this will be implemented. If there is any update we will inform you via this thread.
