We have a payment on our Jotform but people have "paid" and "registered" but we do not see the money in our Paypal. How can we check that the payments are going to the right spot? How can we change it?Page URL:

I checked your account and I found out that you have 2 incomplete payments. You can check the incomplete payments in the Submissions page. Here's how:
1. Go to the My Forms page.
2. Select your form and click the Submissions button.
3. Click the Incomplete Payment button to view payments you didn't receive.
Keep in mind that incomplete payments means the user did not complete the payments after being redirected to the check out page. Also, completing the incomplete submissions will not process any payments.
