Email won't return a filled field

    I have a form that is acting inconsistently. The email I have set up returns one calculation field but not the second, then handles the last ones fine.

    What am I doing wrong?

    The field is called "KINO 1 Day" in this jot form: https://form.jotform.com/70456646925162

     

    Here is the email setup:

    Hi there,

    There is a condition in your form that shows the KINO1Day field only when Light Choices is equal to "KINO FLO".

    Then in your Form Settings, you have the option Clear Hidden Field Values enabled.

    Can you please set the option to Don't Clear and see if that works?

    Still not working. Strange thing too, if I select the bottom of the KINO
    group the total shows up but not the line item I selected.

    Have you tried creating a new Notifier for your form https://form.jotform.com/70456646925162

    It is possible the existing notifier email template was corrupted already so it was not updating with the correct data from the fields.

    If you create a new Notifier, it will refresh the email template and will auto update all the email fields as needed.

    Let us know if this process still did not fix the issue.
