How do I import submissions to include IP?

I have a jotform form with 2 fields: name and email. I also have an external database with 16,000 entries, each with name, email, the submission's associated IP. How do I import all 3, including IP? And will these submissions be included in the "Unique Submissions" by IP once they are imported? Also, will these 16,000 entry import count toward my monthly submission limit?

    Hi there,

    Please see responses below.

How do I import all 3, including IP

    - Unfortunately, currently when you use the Import App, the IP that will be recorded in your submissions page will be the same for all the rows from your csv file (P. S. I am assuming your are using csv file to import data using Import Data app. Please correct me if I'm wrong with this assumption).

Will these 16,000 entry import count toward my monthly submission limit?

    - Yes, submissions added through Import Data app count toward your monthly submission limits.

Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Regards.

    - Just an additional info, the IP that gets imported to the submissions page is your IP address when you did the import process. You might need to create a custom field in your form and map it with the IP column from your .csv file in order to import those IP addresses from your database.
