Form thank you page is blank after submitting the form

    Please find the screen shot of what come up when submit my form thanks

    We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I was able to reproduced the issue when I test submitted your form https://www.jotform.com/70505654044855

    The other form i.e. https://www.jotform.co/form/70217501173849 submitted fine though.

    Let me check further what could be causing the problem. I'll be back shortly.

    I could not determine the cause of the problem on your form https://www.jotform.com/70505654044855 thank you page upon submission.

    Hey Helen,

    I was able to submit your form and was successfully redirected to the Thank you page:

    It looks like this was a temporary issue. Can you please confirm this from your end too? If you are still having this issue I will send the ticket right away to our developers.

    Hi

    Yes, I changed the thankyou page and uploaded my own image and that seemed to make it come right

    Hi

    I seem to have a bit of a hitch with receiving my jotforms, it says I have 32 responses but I have only received 25 emails. Can you look to see if there is a clinch in the system thanks
