    Hello,

Just went on JotForms after being off for a couple of months and now two things; JotForms is telling me my email address is bouncing back which is forcing me to add a new email address.  The original email (info@alpineinternational) is working just fine, btw, and the second issue is, NOW I have to become a paying member?  I have been using the free service for the past 4 years since my needs are low, but now I'm limited to 5 forms?  Uh??  Help.

I have checked the email history and found blocked emails, though your email address is not in our bounce list since may be that you've already removed it.

Do note that an email address is added to our bounce list when the destination mail server rejects it, to prevent emails being bounced you should follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/208-How-to-Prevent-Email-Bouncing-Related-Issues

This guide will help you to remove an email address from our bounce list since it's not necessary to switch to a different email address: https://www.jotform.com/help/262-How-to-Remove-Your-Email-Address-from-Bounce-List

Regarding to your question about forms limit, this limit was applied on Sep 19, 2016 you can read more about it on the next link: https://www.jotform.com/blog/242-Upcoming-Changes-to-JotForm-Starter-Guest-Plan-Users-September-19-2016

You can now have only 5 active forms in your free account, if you would need to create more forms then you will need to either disable or archive some of your oldest forms, this way you get the available space to create a new one, this can only be increase by upgrading your account, you can check the forms limit per plan on our pricing page: https://www.jotform.com/pricing

If you have any question, let us know.
