I have a working auto-pop up with delay on my site. Is there any way to disable the auto pop-up after a user's initial sign up?

You mean to disable a pop up when a user already visited the website? So to see it the first time and not anymore if they come back?

This could be possible by using cookies https://www.jotform.com/help/378-Auto-Popup-Lightbox-Embed-Form-With-Cookie-Using-Javascript, the code could be adjusted so the pop up is not shown when somebody visits the website, but I didn't test that yet, I'll wait for your response.
