How can I insert conditional logic in the jotform 4.0?

I don't know hot to insert conditional logic in the new version of jotform.

In the old version was quite easy, there was the button "Condition":

Basically, the usual icons/toolbars available in V3 were now consolidated into the SETTINGS menu at the top in V4.

And if you already have some existing Conditions in place, then just hit the PLUS (+) icon to add a new one.
