    Hello JotForm !

Im thinking to purchase one of your plan and i have some questions. I want to make image surveys in order to collect and gather informations during my job assignments. Typically i conduct training and i question the participants at their work places using a web form.

    1) In theory, up to 20 people can pass the survey simultaneously. Could  it be a problem ? (loss of informations, dramaticaly slow etc.)

    2) If the multiple simultaneous users is a problem, is there a solution ?

    3) My survey will be long and will use a lots of images, even if i make a lot of optimisations. If needed, is it possible to allow more ressources to a survey? Is there a limit ?...* I mean "avoid slow loading".

    4) Making the form will take me hours, im pretty sure your servers are secure and you have a lot of backup processes. But , there is a way to export and save my own form data ?

    Thank you,

    Regards,

    Sébastien

No there won't be any problem. We have clusters of server and multiple users can simultaneously submit the form without any problem.

I have moved your rest of the questions to new threads and you will be answered in the folloiwng thread:
