    I only see this form https://www.jotform.com/70511800191343 on your account and this doesn't look similar to what you have on your screenshot. Tell us the link/URL of the form you're currently working on so we can better assist you.

    Nonetheless, you may reduce the spacing by changing it on the Form Builder:
