My forms are missing from my account

Hi - I logged in to my account today and my forms are missing.

Please advise. Thank you.

Email address you used to post this thread is email address of account with username dcleary24.

You have 5 active forms on your account, that are located inside of My Forms folder.

You also have 3 forms inside of Trash folder. 

If you had some other form that is missing, please provide us ID of that form.

You can login to your account with email address or with username. If you have forgot your password you can reset your password:

1. Go to jotform login page

2. Click on the login button on top

3. Click the "Forgot Password?" button

4. Provide your username or email, and click on send reset button.
