I've canceled twice and im still getting charged what kind of crappy service are you running here?

I have checked your account (pulsegroupasia) and see that it is currently holding Free subscription plan. As I check the account information further, I see that the last payment of the subscription was made in the month of January. Since the subscription was canceled, it is not renewed for the current month. I see that the subscription is already canceled now and you'll not be charged any more for this account (pulsegroupasia).
