Not working form button

    Hello,

     

    I have created one form and when I try clicking the register button it is not working. Could you help me with this?

     

    It should take to paypal page to do a deposit payment and it stays on please wait....

     

    My partner has tried as well from another computer and it's not working either...

    Hi Marta,

    I did a test submission to your form direct link and I was not able to replicate the issue. However, I test the website URL you provided where the form is embedded and  I was unable to send a submission and stuck in the "Please wait.." button. 

    Please re-embed your form using the iFrame Method. Here's a guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-form-iFrame-code

    Try it again and let us know how it goes.
