Can I download text fields as well as data fields into a CSV file

Hi, I can see how to download a form submissions and export the data fields into a csv, is it also possible to include a text field used in the form into the data base?

I'm not sure I understand what you mean. You can indeed export your submission data into CSV, regardless whether exporting submission data from all of your form fields, or exporting data from only some of your form fields.

If you want to export only some of your form fields into a CSV file, you can temporarily hide all the other fields on the submissions page of your form:

You can see the following screen recording that shows how to show or hide fields on your submissions page, which will also show/hide these fields on the CSV file that you export from your submissions:

After you have exported only your desired form fields into CSV, I would recommend setting the other fields back to visible.
