I have signed up for a number of JotForm accounts for various clients. Billing comes to me, and I invoice my clients.
I am confused on the various accounts and your billing emails never really show who it might be for, and if I don't know, then I cannot log in. So I need help with how many accounts I have. Weird, huh?
These accounts I can identify with client and password:
1 @$9.95 to Johnnie@offsitemarketing.com
1 @$9.95 to email@example.com
1 free account to firstname.lastname@example.org (was email@example.com)
firstname.lastname@example.org - no accounts to that, I do not think
Those, I think, would be the addresses used on the accounts.
Can you help?

I have checked the accounts related to your IP address and only found 3 accounts, they are related to the same email addresses you provided.
CleanBeyond - Free account.
Johnnie - Premium account.
Scoutten - Premium account.
I cannot find any other account related to you, if you have any other email address then you could provide it so we can check on our end as well.
Also, I have checked the payment details and found you're using different email address per account, do note that this address will receive the email when there's a charge.
