Send e-mail notification as soon as form loads

Is there a way to send a notification as soon as my form loads on the page I have it embedded in?

NOT looking for after the SUBMIT has been clicked.

Unfortunately it is not possible to send submission email as soon as the form is loaded. Please note that emails are sent only after the form is submitted.
