I still can t integrate my form in my facebook page ?!?

I have been writing to you about this, but until now no solution for me

the process in itself is not the issue, but when i get to the point where i choose my facebook page, only one of them appears and unfortunately not even the one i am looking for (see screenshot)

the one that appear is " CHEFFERIE BANDENKOP..."

the one i need is "Vision Canada Immigration". you can check it on facebook typing these exact words and you'll see it exist and fucntions well.

i also tried different browser...NOTHING changes, I am really tired and frustrated now...
